EVENT REGISTRATION
Directions:
After entering the main gate off Hwy 62, drive 500m until you reach the gatehouse on your right. There is an outhouse there which you may use. Continue driving straight along MacKenzie Ln. You will cross the Hastings Heritage Trail which has gates on either side.
Drive 2.6km along MacKenzie Ln until you reach Jocko West Lot. This is the first option to access the lake. You can park your vehicle at the Jocko West Lot and hike 2.3km to reach the weight station at campsite 181.
Alternatively you can continue driving 1km to the Jocko East Lot. The trail head to reach Jocko Lake is another 100m up MacKenzie Ln from the parking lot. This trail is a wide old logging road, so there is some vehicle access to drop off canoes or people with mobility issues.
We are holding the weigh station and fish fry at campsite 181. It’s about a 100m walk from the main trail.
