Fishing Derby
Spend the afternoon enjoying some excellent bass fishing and paddling around a gorgeous lake, and then take part in a campfire fish fry!
Join us for a fishing derby on Jocko Lake this September. Neighbors, friends, and community members are welcome! Arrive early and get out on the lake for a morning of paddling and fishing. You are welcome to use our canoes for the day.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-time fisherman, this event offers a great chance to enjoy the lake on a beautiful September weekend. Mark your calendar and let’s reel in a fun challenge!

Facilities
Our gatehouse has two bathrooms and a mini camp store for some last minute items. On the lake, campsites have thunderboxes and we will provide picnic tables and chairs for gathering.
Fish Fry
Around noon, we’ll gather on campsite 181 for a fish fry, cooked up over the campfire!
